Chief Growth Officer
I help founder-led services businesses simplify growth with One Move strategies. No new hires, agencies, or guessing. I'll name your one growth move, prove it with your own data, and turn growth into a clear play that you and your team can execute.
Built for founder-led service businesses doing between $1M and $30M in annual revenue. If you're a founder who can already “make it rain,” but it feels like growth and strategy depend on you and haven’t aligned your team, I help fix that by tying your go-to-market, business economics, and operational strategy together — so marketing, sales, and operations all work off the same sheet of music to grow the value of the business without founder heroics.
Working with me starts the same whether it's consulting or the CGO seat. I run an audit to really discover what's going on. I find the moves I believe can maximize growth and business value. I present my findings and a strategic plan for how to actually close the gaps, and what the projected outcomes look like.
Only from there do we decide whether it's mutually worth figuring out a way to work together. You see the quality of the thinking before you spend a dollar, and I see whether the fit is real before I commit to either path.
Own growth, end to end. A CMO owns marketing. A COO makes the work run. Between them sits everything that actually grows a company, and in most founder-led businesses that seam belongs to nobody. I take the seat that aligns both sides into moves that get customers and keep them. You get that seat and its accountability without the full-time executive salary.
Founder-led service businesses between $1M and $30M: consulting, advisory, professional services, agencies, B2B services. Not SaaS, not e-commerce. You are past proving the business works; the question is why it isn't scaling.
An agency owns a slice: the ads, the website, the funnel. A consultant hands you a deck and a wave goodbye. Each owns a piece, and nobody owns the alignment between what you promise and what you deliver. That alignment is the job. And because every engagement starts with an audit and a designed move, you see the actual thinking before you commit to anything.
Your business, run through 18 signals across how you get and keep customers. A scored read of where growth leaks. The truth worth doubling down on. And one designed move you can run right now, whether or not we work together. It is the homework I do before we ever talk seriously, and you keep it either way.
The seat starts at $8,000 a month with a 90-day minimum term, and I prefer upside structured on performance — milestones we define together, paid when they're hit. Consulting runs $3,000 to $5,000 depending on the target. The check that starts either path costs you nothing but three questions.
I guarantee the work: if something I deliver isn't right, I make it right or we part ways amicably. No long-term contracts, so nobody stays out of obligation. Growth itself I won't guarantee, and anyone who does is selling you a horoscope. What you will always have is a clear answer to three questions: what move we are making, why, and what it did.
Pick a door that fits. Answer a few questions, and that’s how things kick off — if we fit, the audit starts before we ever talk.
Growth should not be a committee of half-owners. Three questions tell us both which door, if any, is mine.
